Open Frame Series Diesel Generator
Open type diesel generator sets for fixed installation, with a power range of 625-3000 kVA. Supplied with engine, alternator and control system on a steel base.
This open frame generator set is designed as a complete power unit on a steel base with an emergency stop button, cushion mounts and an industrial steel muffler. It includes a built-in bottom fuel tank and is specified for noise of ≤75 dB at 7 meters.
The engine package provides low coolant level sensing, standard intake, fuel and oil filtration, pressure and temperature sensors, a supercharger and a 12V/24V electrical system with a fan-cooled radiator. A control panel covers operation, monitoring and protection functions with display and measurement modules and alarm indications for the engine, generator and mains faults.
Electrical equipment includes a maintenance-free battery, battery switch, 3/4-pole circuit breaker and battery charger. The power output section has a protected output panel with circuit-breaker overload protection.
Optional accessories listed for this set are a fuel transfer pump, water-jacket heater, oil heater and a fuel level sensor.
