HGM6120N Automatic Controller
Automatic controller for a single genset with LCD display, remote functions and multiple protections.
The HGM6120N series automatic controller integrates digital, intelligent and network techniques for automatic control and monitoring of a single genset. It performs automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and “three remote” functions (remote control, remote measurement and remote communication).
The controller uses an LCD display and supports optional language interfaces including Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish and French. It displays unit voltage, unit frequency, battery voltage, engine running time and other parameters.
Protection functions include over-frequency protection, over-voltage protection, low oil pressure protection, high water temperature protection, startup failure, battery charging failure, emergency shutdown and alarm. All parameters can be adjusted from the front panel or via USB interface (or RS485) using a PC. Its compact structure, simple connections and high reliability suit a wide range of automatic control systems.
