Water Bath Stunning Machine
Water-bath stunner for broiler chickens used before slaughter to render birds unconscious and improve de-feathering efficiency.
The machine is used ahead of slaughter so broiler chickens lose consciousness and avoid flapping, helping achieve a cohesive slaughter. Using a water bath, it improves the efficiency of slaughtering and subsequent feather removal. Contact parts adopt stainless steel 304 frame structure.
The equipment is available in three types: ordinary type, frequency conversion and voltage regulation type, and height-adjustable type. The frequency conversion/voltage regulation type is equipped with a frequency conversion controller and voltage regulator. The height-adjustable type adapts to conveyor lines of different heights.
