Scalding Machine
Steam-heated scalding machine in stainless steel 304 with automatic temperature and water replenishment for uniform scalding.
The scalding machine uses steam to heat water. Heat exchange increases the water temperature, and automatic temperature control avoids over-scalding the poultry body. An air injection system with aeration nozzles forms a continuous and powerful turbulence; the water turns and agitates to achieve uniform temperature. Birds pass through the water flow so feathers and bodies are fully scalded.
The structure is made of stainless steel 304 and adopts a box design. It includes automatic temperature control and an automatic water replenishment system. An air flow water turning system ensures uniform temperature and effective scalding. Two-row, three-row and four-row structures can be designed and produced.
