Powerful Spray Machine
Pre-scalding warm-water spray unit that wets and cleans feathers before scalding to improve scalding efficiency.
Used in front of the scalding machine for waterfowl such as ducks and geese, the spray machine pre-wets and cleans feathers to reduce impurities and improve the scalding effect. Special nozzles provide even spraying. Filtered feathers are recycled and filtered water is automatically discharged and can be reused. The machine is made of stainless steel 304.
