K Series Diesel Forklift CPCD420K (42.0 Ton)
42.0-ton K Series diesel forklift with pneumatic tyres and seated operation for ultra-heavy handling.
A dual-pump hydraulic system with load sensing and priority steering is used, together with a high-pressure gear pump and a multi-way reversing valve for accurate operation.
The power unit is a water-cooled direct-injection low-speed high-torque 6-cylinder 4-stroke diesel engine. A fixed-shaft powershift gearbox uses a central processor to adjust gear position automatically, monitor shifting, and show gear position on the screen.
The drive axle is equipped with a fully enclosed wet brake and an oil-cooled, hydraulically controlled handbrake. The axle housing is high-strength with large bearing capacity, and a brake flushing system includes a buzzer alarm for insufficient brake pressure.
