K Series Diesel Forklift CPCD300K (30.0 Ton)
30.0-ton K Series diesel forklift with pneumatic tyres and seated operation for very heavy loads.
The hydraulic system adopts a dual-pump oil supply to improve lifting speed and efficiency. Load sensing with priority steering, a high-pressure gear pump and a multi-way reversing valve support accurate operation.
The power unit is a water-cooled direct-injection low-speed high-torque 6-cylinder 4-stroke diesel engine described as low in fuel consumption and noise. A fixed-shaft power shift gearbox with a central processing unit can automatically adjust gear position, monitor shifting, and display the gear position on the screen.
The drive axle uses a fully enclosed wet brake and an oil-cooled, hydraulically controlled handbrake. The axle housing is high-strength with large bearing capacity, and a brake flushing system includes a buzzer alarm for insufficient brake pressure.
